The balloon arrives on the scene packed into a sort of a large suitcase. The balloon spills out of the suitcase while the crew drags it along, and fans cause the unfurling balloon to puff up as it leaves the bag. It looks like a special effect!

The balloon has already spilled over the bag in this photo, so you don't get a good idea of the size of the bag. There's another photo of a balloon whose name I don't know in the other set, which gives a better idea of the size of the bag.
